One quick note:
Our celebrant, Bob Snyder, did an amazing job of researching David’s life and telling David’s life story. He interviewed family members and collected numerous anecdotes and details from David’s life that he then used in his narrative. We truly appreciate this.
However, Bob Snyder had never met David, and several factual errors crept in. Two need to be corrected: 1. He said that David was a father, which is not true. 2. He didn’t list all David’s surviving siblings.
Both errors have been corrected in the text version of the speech–that Mr. Snyder kindly shared with us so it can be posted on this website–but they still appear in the video. For this we apologize.
